Who Pays Duties and Other Fees?

We love sharing our beautiful products with our customers around the globe. We need to be upfront and honest with you about some international duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order that are outside of our control.

If you place an order from our store for delivery outside of Australia, you may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All foreign taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices of our items or shipping fees.

Unfortunately we have no control over these duties. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. 

Please remember that Helene the label will not be responsible in any way for any additional charges imposed on your order.

Returns

We want you to find the perfect fit for your body. Helene the label offers returns on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received your return we will issue you an exchange or online credit (based on your preference).valid for 36 months

The item must be

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused with original tags attached


Helene the label is not responsible for shipping charges related to the item/s being returned. To be eligible for a online credit you must lodge a return within 14 days from receiving your parcel anything outside our 14 day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

Please email our team at info@helenethelabel.com with your name, order number and item/s you will be returning. Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. Please note: The cost of the shipping returned will be the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot process your credit, or exchange until we have received your items back.


Please send via a tracked postal service to ensure your parcel does not go missing.

HELENE THE LABEL is not liable for any missing returns
and we can only process your return once the original has been received back into our warehouse

To be eligible for a credit, exchange or refund your garment must be unworn, with tags and in the same original condition that you received it in. Helene the label has the right to refuse any returns that are not in original condition.

Faulty Items

First of all, we are sorry to hear this has happened! We are more than happy to assist you with this fault. Please email your name and order details along with images of your item to INFO@HELENETHELABEL.COM and we will help you out.
Please note:- We have a 5 week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear and incorrect garment care), in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if a minor problem is found with the product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement, or a store credit.

Fabric and care

We always recommend looking after your nightwear with the highest level of care. To keep your gowns in their best condition and to avoid any items being damaged, helene advises a cold hand wash always. Hang your pieces in the shade to dry, never tumble dry. do not use bleach

Helenè the label will not be responsible for any damage caused to items from washing machines or laundry products - this includes items being caught on a washing machine or laundry products causing stains, bleaching, brightening or dye leak. To avoid any damage to your item, a cold hand soak is always the safest option with all clothing and delicates
