At Helene the Label, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are pleased to offer store credit or an exchange on all full-priced items, provided your return is lodged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In its original condition with all tags attached

We are unable to accept returns on items that do not meet these criteria or are sent outside the 14-day return window.

To start a return, please contact us at info@helenethelabel.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit
Returns are processed within 2–5 business days of receiving your parcel
Store credit is valid for 36 months from the date of issue


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@helenethelabel.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if a product is found to have a major fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. If the fault is minor, we may offer to repair the item or provide store credit.

This policy does not apply to general wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect garment care.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible, the item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unworn and unused
With original tags and in its original packaging

You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
Sale items
Gift cards
Items returned outside the 14-day window
Items without original tags or that appear worn or washed


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only offered in the case of faulty goods or under applicable international consumer law (e.g. EU cooling-off period). Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
